Hello! Its Shar here posting on the blog today with my take on Lets Get Sketchy’s February’s Sketch Challenge …

I chose Echo Park, That’s My Boy by Lori Whitlock collection. With its retro flairs in the patterns and the mix of reds, blues, yellows, greens browns and krafts throughout the collection it was PERFECT for this bowling page!

Below is a quick “before” pic. As I played with the lay out, having it mostly placed but not stuck down, I stood back and saw that it was missing that “something”….  So sending this very pic to B (Brande), we decided to flick some white paint on the background. I chose Dylusions Paint By Ranger, White Linen  and it added exactly what I wanted. That “something” I was looking for!!

I just love all the playful stickers and journal cards in Echo Park’s collection. They are always so fun to play with!
