Shar here today sharing a page I whipped together in the scrap cave on Sunday afternoon! Keeping up the beachy theme from my past few posts – I am working on finishing my 6×8 Mexico Album! Using LOTS of Simple Stories collections!
Today I created this 2 page layout using Simple Stories, Summer Days:
The highlight of this page for me is the title! American Craft, Thickers Thick & Thin worked perfect to highlight sisters & pals! Here is a closer look:
Now please pay special attention to the tassels! This is a embellishment from Felicity Jane, Heidi (Tiny Tassels) collection that my sister Brande gave me! I had to use them and the colours worked perfectly! Now don’t get me wrong I had that moment of “what the heck am I gonna do with tassels?!?!?” But after a few mins playing around with ideas I did what tassels are meant to do! Hang out! So Fun?!?! Right!

What a title – the words, the font combo and how it stretches across two pages; so great! And look at those tassels – they are fabulous. Such a great embellishment for the layout.
