The Magic of Disney

I love Disney! Yup, full blown love it. I am a grown adult who would vacation to Disneyland or Disneyworld every year (if I could) and never tire of skipping down Main Street Disney wearing my multi coloured Mickey ears headband and a big ol’ smile on my face, every time. I love Disney so much that I my first trip to Paris required a full day on the itinerary for Disneyland Paris.

With that Disney support group confession complete, let’s get to the scrapbooking stuff. My mom, sister, my nephew and I spent a week in Disneyland. My nephew was four years old, tall enough to go on any ride he would want to go on and that perfect age where Rapunzel and all the other characters were really, actually the character. Oh, his face meeting Rapunzel was pure love! Capturing his truly unblemished enjoyment of every moment made for amazing scrapbook photos.

I have created a video flipping through the albums I made from this 2012 Magic of Disney trip so you can take a peek at how much fun I had scrapbooking the adventure. I believe us scrapbookers are some of the luckiest folks in the world. We get to experience the event or moment. We have the pleasure of re-living its joy with every embellishment and glue dot we add to our resulting scrapbook page(s). And we experience the joy of seeing our kids or family look at the scrapbook pages and feel their joy and hear their memories of the event. Wow! It’s like an amazing 3 for 1 deal really.

Here is a short video flip-through of my first album, The Magic of Disney 2012 (Album 1 of 2).
