Hooray!

I am loving the Scrap Our Stash sketch challenge this month – it includes up to 4 photos, all kinds of a layers, and the clincher for me was a couple of circles! Speaking my scrap language Scrap Our Stash!

Here is a look at the Scrap Our Stash April 2017 Sketch Challenge sketch:

Now with Scrap Our Stash there is always a use your stash twist – hence the blog name. For the April 2017 sketch challenge you have to use something from your stash to represent each letter of the word FLOWER. Wow, good one – quite the challenge!

Well here is my take on the sketch challenge:

And how I achieved the FLOWER portion of the challenge:

F – Foam Thickers from American Craft for my title and heart embellishment
LLove Letter pattern paper of the Messy Head collection from 7 Dots Studio
O – Old photos (I had three pics in my stash of my favourite runners in three different sized pics – who does that? They do make a neat layer though there on the left so that’s cool)
W – World brad embellishment from Recollections, Michael’s Craft Store
EElle’s Studio, Everyday Labels (puffy stickers)
R – Recollections Alphabet Stickers black

If you are like me and maybe just maybe have a bit too much scrappy stuff in your studio – Scrap Our Stash is the place for you, it eats up those lovingly hoarded bits on our shelves and stretches your creatively to use different items than maybe you normally would reach for.
