The March 1, 2017 Stuck?! Sketches challenge sketch is super fun and versatile;  definitely one I plan on keeping in my go-to-LO stash when I am … well, stuck!

All of us Scrapstorian gals took this sketch challenge on. Check out Cheryl’s great spin on the sketch Stuck Again?! and now here is the reveal from my sister Brande and me.

Here is Brande’s take on the sketch:
When I look at what my sister’s take on the sketch, I know we are related! Seeing a lot of similarities in our layouts, even though we live a province apart, is the best! We both chose squares versus circles and mini clusters of embellishments (which included arrows) plus a very bold title design! 

My sister is amazing; I watch her and learn how to incorporate journaling in fun and unconventional ways, plus she can bunch up some typical sewing thread, randomly place it throughout her layout and make it so fun! Brande used the Simple Stories (not surprising! ☺) Good Day Sunshine collection to make her layout magic.

Now here is my take on the sketch:

I cracked open the Me& My Big Ideas I ♥️ the Life We Live paper pad … so fun! A few different patterns from the pad to layer, some random embellishments to work in the title, and I was really happy with how the layout came together! (Not to mention a page to celebrate how amazing this man is and how much I do love the life we live!)
