Okay, I am finally ready to share my take on the November Sketchtorian sketch! Shar and Brande’s takes on it are here, and all of the sketches are here. Between moving my scrap room (more on that later), moving a bedroom, birthdays and I don’t even know what else, I have been feeling way behind. This layout has been done for ages but photographing it and writing a post got sidetracked by all the moving.
Anyway, enough excuses, it’s time for a page. Here is Shar’s sketch:
And here’s my layout:
Supplies: Simple Stories DIY Boutique paper (Lovely, Boutique Chevron/Teal, Boutique Herringbone/Orange, Boutique Newspaper), stickers and chipboard, We R Memory Keepers Instagram Albums Made Easy Inked Rose squares and diecut, Scotch ATG adhensive, Sharpie pen, enamel dots, black cardstock, Mye De Leon printable from here
I think it’s funny that Brande and I had the same idea: replace the smaller photos with We R Memory Keepers Instagram Albums Made Easy cards. I added three, in a triangle around the photo. Each one got dressed up with enamel dots and a few stickers.
Thanks for stopping by!
I love what all 3 of you did with the sketch. It’s really neat to see how it unfolded for each of you. I like the little details you all put into your layouts to make them stand out and I like that you mentioned it so I could go back to the layout and go “oh ya, I see that now!”. Have an amazing rest of your week.
Thanks Colleen! It’s nice to hear from you. Thanks for coming by. 🙂
Great take on the sketch Cheryl – thanks for sharing!
Gorgeous!!! I hope I have time for this, this month!!!
Thanks Cathy! We’d love to see you rock this one. 🙂
